Enrolment Process
I interview multiple families for available daycare spaces, as spots fill quickly. Enrolment is first come, first served, with the spot secured once the deposit is paid.
Step 1: Inquiry & Availability Check
Parents can contact me to check for openings. If no space is available, I can add your child to my waitlist.
Step 3: Policy Review & Paperwork
Interested families receive my Parent Handbook outlining daycare policies. If moving forward, parents must complete:
Enrollment Form (child & parent details)
Emergency Contact & Medical Forms
Parent Agreement & Permissions
Step 2: Tour & Interview
Families are invited for a daycare tour to see the space, discuss routines, and ask questions. This also allows me to determine if my daycare is the right fit for your child.
Step 4: Deposit & Space Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot. Spaces are only confirmed once the deposit is received. If multiple families are interested, the first to pay the deposit gets the space.
Step 5: Start Date & Transition
A transition period will be offered to help your child adjust before their official start date. I will provide regular updates and maintain open communication to ensure a smooth transition.
